Gloucester Museum Young Designer Competition

Gloucester Museum Young Designers Competition – April 2017

Recently I was invited to be one of the judges for Gloucester City Museum’s Young Designers competition to celebrate their summer exhibition. And I was glad to hear that this summer’s exhibition was called ‘DINOSAURS’!

It was a really hard job judging so many beautiful posters full of dinosaurs shouting ‘Gloucester Museum’ but we managed (after much debate!) to pick the winners. Some of the entries were displayed in Gloucester City Museum upstairs, here you see how hard it was to pick a winner!

Ionie Sullivan (aged 5) was the winner of the Infant category.

Daisy Dinwoodie (aged 10) was the winner of the Junior category.

Ionie and Daisy both won a ROAR-some goodie bag filled with dinosaur delight including my ‘A very British Dinosaur colouring book’. AND they got their photo in the local paper and their posters will be displayed at the summer exhibition of ‘Dinosaurs’ at Gloucester Museum.
